| Resum-Abstract: | [spa] Esta nota tiene como principal objetivo la descripción morfogénica de tres fenómenos kársticos situados en las cercanías del predio de Escorca (Mallorca), aportándose al mismo tiempo informaciones adicionales sobre aspectos específicos de cada uno de ellos. Una de las formas kársticas que nos interesan es S'Era d'Escorca; se trata de una dolina de subsidencia desarrollada, sobre una formación superficial coluvial, a causa de procesos de disolución afectando a materiales infra-yacentes . Es de destacar la leyenda que gravita desde hace siglos sobre este accidente geográfico. Son descritas también dos simas cercanas a S'Era d'Escorca, las cuales albergan una interesante flora. Por sus dimensiones, sobresale el Avenc d'Escorca o de Sa Vessa que alcanza los -139 metros de profundidad, poseyendo un pozo inicial de 11 7 metros de vertical absoluta. Se presta especial atención a clarificar la toponimia de las formas kársticas que nos ocupan. [eng] This note is mainly aimed to present a morphogenetical description of three karstic phenomena located in the surroundings of the Escorca farm-house (Mallorca). At the same time we give additional information on specific aspects of each of them. One of the karstic forms that we are interested in is S'Era d'Escorca. It is a subsidence doline developed, on superficial deposits, by dissolution processes affecting subjacent materials. It is worth to mention the very old legend concerning this geographical accident. We also describe two potholes close to S'Era d'Escorca, which shelter an interesting flora. One of them, the Avenc d'Escorca o de Sa Vessa, reaches a depth of -13 9 metres, starting with a free-hanging entrance pit 117 metres deep. We pay special attention to clarifing the toponimy of the karstic forms we are dealing with. |
