| Abstract: | [cat] Gabriel Llompart Jaume (1862-1928) és una figura significativa de la història eclesiàstica de la Mallorca de la segona meitat del segle XIX i primera meitat del XX. L’objectiu d’aquest article és realitzar una panoràmica per la seva etapa formativa, centrant l’anàlisi en els anys des de 1894 fins a 1916. Durant aquests anys, un jove Gabriel Llompart, després de finalitzar els seus estudis superiors, va intentar incorporar-se a l’organigrama eclesiàstic diocesà mitjançant l’ocupació d’un càrrec catedralici. ; [eng] Gabriel Llompart Jaume (1862-1928) is a significant figure in the ecclesiastical history of Mallorca in the second half of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th. The aim of this article is to provide an overview of his formative stage, focusing the analysis on the years from 1894 to 1916. During these years, a young Gabriel Llompart, after completing his higher studies, tried incorporate into the diocesan ecclesiastical organizational chart through the occupation of a Cathedral Canonry. |
