| Abstract: | [cat] El primer traçat de la Variant Nord d'Inca apareix al Pla General d'Ordenació Urbana de 1987. La infraestructura encara no s’ha executat, i la ciutat pateix problemes patents de congestió vehicular. El 2020 es presenta un Estudi informatiu proposat pel Consell de Mallorca en consens amb l’Administració local, en què es pretén construir una part de la Variant que uneixi la carretera d’Alcúdia amb la de Selva, amb el seu consegüent impacte a la zona rústica del nord del municipi, i ignorant les funcions pròpies de l’urbanisme. Des del seu traçat inicial, el disseny de la Variant Nord d’Inca ha patit nombroses modificacions, i aquesta ha estat una font de debats intermitents al llarg dels darrers trenta anys, i l'actual projecte no soluciona els problemes interns mencionats. Es aquest estudi s’analitzen els components urbanístics, territorials, ambientals i socials de la Variant, per tal de veure els seus efectes i implicacions, i trobar-hi solucions des de la mobilitat sostenible. ; [eng] The first layout of the Ronda Nord of Inca appears in the 1987 General Urban Planning Plan. The infrastructure has not been executed yet, and the city suffers vehicular congestion problems. In 2020 an Informative Study proposed by the Consell de Mallorca in consensus with the local administration is presented, where it is intended to build a part of a variant that connects the Alcúdia road with the Selva road, with its consequent impact on the rustic area of the north of the municipality, ignoring the proper functions of urbanism. Since its initial layout, the design of the Ronda Nord of Inca has undergone numerous modifications, causing numerous debates throughout the last thirty years, and the current project does not solve the aforementioned internal problems. This study analyses the urban, territorial, environmental and social components of the variant to see its effects and implications and find solutions from the sustainable mobility. |
