| Abstract: | Dia 31 d’agost de 1921 en el vaixell de Barcelona salparen per realitzar un viatge a Lourdes i Roma, partint amb tren des de Barcelona i fent nombroses aturades, un canonge inquer, Mn. Joan Quetglas; el superior del seminari, també inquer, Mn. Jaume Sampol; el vicari d’Inca, Mn. Antoni Palou; i el seglar, comerciant inquer, l’amo En Jaume Cortès de Can Pere. L’amo En Jaume va anar fent un diari descrivint el viatge que anaven fent, al mateix temps confeccionà un àlbum de postals de la major part de llocs que visitaven. A Roma tingueren una audiència privada amb S. S. Benet XV.El viatge durà fins dia 6 d’octubre, en què, també en el vaixell de Barcelona, arribaren a Palma. ; On the 31st of August a canon from Inca: Mr. Joan Quetglas, the superior of the seminary also from Inca: Mr Jaume Sampol, the vicar of Inca: Mr. Antoni Palou and the businessman amd secular Mr. Jaume Cortes from “Can Pere” left by traint and boat from Barcelona to Rome, doing several stops along their way. Mr. Jaume Cortès wrote a diary describing the trip they were doing. At the same time he composed an album of postcards of the places they were visitin. In Rome they had a private audience with the Pope Benedict XV. The trip leastes until october 6th. Finally they took another boat from Barcelona to Palma. |
