| Resum-Abstract: | [fra] Dans cette étude, nous faisons connaitre l'occupation d'une caverne du Sud-Est de Majorque par un groupe important de Musulmans majorquins qui fuyaient les envahisseurs chrétiens de 1229. Cette occupation révele une série d'aspects fort intéressants: 1. Aménagement de la grotte en terrasses avec déplacement d'importantes quantités de terre et construction de petits enclos. L'ensernble de la zone ainsi aménagée est supérieur a 150 rn2. 2. La présence d'une quantité respectable d'ustensiles domestiques et d'outils cachés pour qu'ils ne tombent pas dans les mains des envahisseurs. La plupart sont absolument inédits. Parmi les céramiques, signalons une piece a reflets métalliques décorée de sgraffites et de motifs épigraphiques. 3. Un gisement fermé d'époque almohade, concretement des derniers jours de I'lslam a Majorque. Ses nombreux types de céramique seront désormais une référence chronologique süre. [eng] This paper discusses for the first time the occupation of a cave in the Southeast of Mallorca by a group of Majorcan Muslims who hid themselves frorn Christian invaders in 1229. The occupation reveals a number of interesting aspects: 1.-The fitting of the cave floor with steps, an operation that called for the shifting of large amounts of earth, and the construction of small enclosures. The total surface area modified in this way is greater than 150 m2. 2.-The presence of a considerable number of domestic articles and utensils that had been hidden so they would not fall into the hands of the invaders. Most of the objects are of types previously unknown. Of special note among the cerarnics is a piece with metallic glaze decorated with incisions and an epigraphic motif. 3.-A closed deposit from the Almohadic period, specifically from the last days of Islam on Mallorca. The numerous types of ceramics contained in this deposit will eventually provide a reliable chronological reference. |
