| Abstract: | Les Constitucions de la Universitat Literària de Mallorca varen ser aprovades inicialment el 1693, esperant la confirmació reial, que arribà el 1697. Durant aquest període, les Constitucions varen ser aplicades segons els interessos del rector i dels jurats de Mallorca. Aquest article intenta demostrar-ho a partir del comentari d’una sèrie de disputes en el Col·legi de Medicina ; The Constitutions of Universitat Literaria of Mallorca had been approved initially at 1693, waiting for the royal confirmation, which was conceded at 1697. In this period, the Constitutions were put into effect according to the part of the rector and the jurats of Mallorca.
