[ita] II saggio sottolinea gli aspetti positivi e i limiti del turismo cultúrale in Italia nell’arco degli ultimi trent’anni. II Bel Paese, infatti, pur possedendo oltre il 50% del patrimonio mondiale di beni culturali, presenta evidenti problemi di gestione, ma anche di valorizzazione e di promozione dei suoi innumerevoli tesori. Per anni, l’Italia è stata leader nel settore del turismo, ma si è seduta sugli allori, tranquilla di avere a disposizione un patrimonio vastissimo, sviluppando, spesso, un atteggiamento di sufficienza, con offerte tradizionali, oggi non piü competitive in un mercato in continuo cambiamento e sempre piü esigente. ; [eng] The essay emphasizes the positive aspects and limitations of cultural tourism in Italy over the last thirty years. The Beautiful Country, in fact, despite having more than 50% of the world heritage of cultural goods, presents obvious problems of management, but also the enhancement and promotion of its countless treasures. For years, Italy has been a leader in the field of tourism, but it is sitting on its laurels, quiet to have a vast wealth, developing, often, an attitude of sufficiency, with traditional offerings, which no longer competitive in a market constantly changing and increasingly demanding. |
