Abstract:

[ENG] Despite the current distance between Bioethics and Hegelian Philosophy we can establish some connections between them. Hegel’s Philosophy of Law is related to both his Philosophy of Nature and Subjective Spirit, and it shares some basic suppositions such as dualism criticism. Therefore, Hegelian ethics is constructed from Nature, searching a right attitude towards it. Furthermore, it is not considered a bare instrument or object of human desires. ; [SPA] A pesar de la distancia entre la actual bioética y la filosofía hegeliana se pueden establecer conexiones, dado que su Filosofía del Derecho se relaciona con su Filosofía de la Naturaleza y del espíritu Subjetivo y comparte con ella presupuestos básicos como la crítica al dualismo. La ética hegeliana se construye partiendo de la naturaleza y buscando la correcta actitud ante ella, tanto interior como exterior, que no es considerada como mero instrumento u objeto de los deseos humanos. |
