[ENG] To study the idea of law in Hegel, the author first explains the complex title of the work devoted to this topic, Principles of the Philosophy of Law or philosophy of Objective Spirit. This leads to the exposition of the relationship between Objective and Subjective Spirit to Absolute. In particular, this second connection is relevant to understand the relationship between State and Philosophy, especially with regard to religion ; [SPA] Para el estudio de la idea del Derecho en Hegel, autor empieza explicando el complejo título de la obra dedicada a él, los Principios de la Filosofía del Derecho o filosofía del Espíritu objetivo. Ello le lleva a exponer la relación del Espíritu objetivo con el subjetivo y con el absoluto. Especialmente esta segunda relación es relevante para comprender la relación del Estado con la filosofía y especialmente con la religión. |
