[POR] O artigo visa pensar, no ámbito do cuidado, a relaçào que este apresenta com a técnica, a ética e a axiologia, enfatizando o problema da sua revinculaçào depois da cisào entre os juízos de facto e os juízos de valor, ocorridos no inicio dos cuidados. Assim, procura-se delinear o caminho tomando, como referencia, a ética da responsabilidade e a visào dos cuidados como um valor. Ao fim será discutida a relaçào entre ética e axiologia para favorecer as bases de novo humanismo dos cuidados. Assim, será possível determinar os fundamentos de pordem ontològica e gnoseológica, nas relaçòes entre técnica, ética e axiologia, em ordem a adequada distinçào entre «care» e «cure». ; [ENG] In this article we try to analyze the relation that exists, in to the health, between the concepts of technology, ethics and axiology. By means, we try to emphasize the problem of the unión between these concepts, after the break that has occurred in the beginning of the health in order to the fact and valué judgments. Thus, we try to find a solution to this conflict using the responsibility ethics and the care as a valué judgement. At the end of this article, we will to discuss the relation between ethics and axiology, with the purpose of stimulating the construction of the bases for and new humanism of the health.
