[CAT] En aquest escrit es reflexiona sobre la relació entre filosofia i poesia en els Essais. És per això que, en primer lloc, s’intenta determinar quina és la idea de filosofia que maneja Montaigne. L’estudi de l’ús del mot en els Essais reflecteix una idea de filosofia com a filosofia moral, lligada a l’objectiu de formació de si mateix. En segon lloc s’estudia el que diu sobre la poesia, mostrant quina idea en té, la seva diferència amb la prosa i la seva relació amb la filosofia. En tercer lloc, es relaciona la idea de filosofia de Montaigne amb la forma que ha de prendre la producció filosòfica. Així, si la filosofia ha de servir per formar el judici, ha de produir una escriptura que mogui a la reflexió sobre si. L’assaig, en el cas de Montaigne, és la forma literària escollida per dur a terme aquesta activitat. Un cop analitzat el terme essai es passa a fer una reflexió final sobre quin tipus de llibre són els Essais, i la seva relació amb la filosofia i la poesia, suggerint l’expressió «filosofia poètica». ; [ENG] This essay talks about the relationship between philosophy and poetry in the Essais. That is the reason why, first of all, I try to clarify the idea of philosophy that Montaigne uses. The analysis of the use of the word philosophy in the Essais reflects an idea of philosophy as moral philosophy, related to the selfeducation. Secondly, I study what Montaigne says about poetry, showing what he though about it, its difference with prose and its connection with philosophy. Thirdly, I connect Montaigne’s idea of philosophy with the shape philosophical writing has to achieve. Thus, if philosophy has to serve to make up judgement, it has to create a text that drives to self reflexion. In the case of Montaigne, the essay is the literary form which he chooses to carry out this activity. Once I have analysed the word essai, I have to make a final reflection on what type of book the Essais are, and its relationship to philosophy and poetry, suggesting the expression «poetical philosophy». |
