[CAT] En aquest article l'autor descriu les idees següents de Joan Mascaró i Fornés relacionades amb el coneixement i la raó: Descripció de la teoria dels tres ulls del coneixement (coneixement sensorial, coneixement racional i coneixement transracional) de Ken Wilber com a marc de comprensió i sistematització dels conceptes emprats per Mascaró. Llum com a metàfora mascaroniana del coneixement transracional lligat a I ‘experiència mística, que a la vegada esta relacionada amb les experiències emocionals i estètiques. El coneixement irracional lligat, amb el fanatisme, al mite. El paper de la raó com a discriminador entre el coneixement irracional i el coneixement transracional. Descripció de la impotència de la raó per assolir I’ aprehensió dels aspectes emocionals, estètics i espirituals de I ‘experiència humana.
