[CAT] Aquest estudi pretén ser una reflexió sobre la manera com Ramon Llull intenta evitar el conflicte existent entre dos elements medievals, el feudalisme i el dret natural clàssic, en el camp de la raó humana. El sistema feudal, per una banda, presenta alguns elements democràtics a l'hora d'elegir rei, però, per I'altra, el dret natural clàssic nega tot ús de la raó humana en aquest camp. Així, segons on Llull posi l'accent, serà considerat un pensador més modern o més medieval. ; [ENG] In this work we present a reflection on how Ramon Llull try to erase the conflict that exists between to medieval elements, the feudal system and the classic natural right, in the area of the human reason. If the feudal system has got some “democratic” elements, the classic natural right doesn't permit the use of the human faculties. We try to study where Ramon Llull puts the accent: if he puts it on the human reason, he's a modem philosopher, but if he puts it on the classical natural right, he's a medieval author. |
