[eng] We present in this paper the Talayotic funerary levels of the Cova des Robiols (Puigpunyent, Mallorca). It is concluded that during the end of the Talayotic period (c.750-550 B.C.) no fewer than 163 individuals of all ages and both sexes were buried in the cave, with a homogeneous set of ceramic and metallic grave goods. At the time of transition to the Balearic/Postalayotic culture, around c.550 B.C., all the remains were set on fire and were buried under a layer of lime and slabs detached from the ceiling.
[spa] Presentamos en este artículo los niveles funerarios talayóticos de la Cova des Robiols (Puigpunyent, Mallorca). Se concluye que durante el final del período talayótico (c.750-550 a.C.) se inhumaron en la cavidad no menos de 163 individuos de todas las edades y ambos sexos, con un ajuar cerámico y metálico homogéneo. En el momento de transición a la cultura baleárica/postalayótica, hacia c.550 a.C. se prendió fuego a todos los restos, que quedaron sepultados bajo una capa de cal y losas desprendidas del techo.
