[spa] La presente aportación trata de informar sobre la dimensión y el posicionamiento de la oferta de viviendas de uso turístico regladas (VUTs) en zonas rurales de Cataluña, analizando su evolución más reciente (2015-2018) y su distribución geográfica. Asimismo, el trabajo compara el posicionamiento de los VUTs con respecto al resto de alojamientos reglados, haciendo especial hincapié en los establecimientos de turismo rural. La investigación define como unidades de análisis los municipios rurales de Cataluña de 2000 o menos habitantes y el estudio utiliza un enfoque cuantitativo a partir del análisis, mediante estadística descriptiva y representación cartográfica, de datos procedentes de diferentes fuentes oficiales. ; [eng] This contribution tries to inform about the size and positioning of the offer of regulated tourist accommodation housing (VUTs) in rural areas of Catalonia, analyzing its most recent evolution (2015-2018) and its geographical distribution. Likewise, the work compares the positioning of the VUTs with respect to the rest of regulated accommodation, with a special emphasis on rural tourism establishments. The research defines the rural municipalities of Catalonia with 2000 or fewer inhabitants as units of analysis and the study uses a quantitative approach based on the analysis, using descriptive statistics and cartographic representation, of data from different official sources. |
