En aquest treball de fi de màster de Patrimoni Cultural analitzam com podem utilitzar les actuals eines tecnològiques web 2.0 per a la difusió turística del patrimoni de la Serra de Tramuntana (Mallorca), declarada Patrimoni de la Humanitat en la categoria de Paisatge Cultural per part de la UNESCO l’any 2011. La metodologia emprada ha estat la següent: hem realitzat un estat de la qüestió i una anàlisi quantitativa a través d’enquestes a persones que visitaven la Serra de Tramuntana i a partir dels resultats hem proposat una línia d’actuació per a la difusió tecnològica innovadora del patrimoni de la Serra de Tramuntana. El treball permetrà entendre com a través de les de actuacions proposades principalment centrades en la utilització dels telèfons intel·ligents (smartphones) podem arribar a oferir al visitant de la Serra de Tramuntana eines suficients perquè pugui entendre, valorar, estimar i difondre el seu patrimoni

This final paper of a Master’s degree in Cultural Heritage analyses how the actual technological tool, Web 2.0, can be used for the dissemination of heritage tourism in the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, (Majorca), declared a World Heritage site in the category of Cultural Landscape by UNESCO in 2011. The following method was used: an in-depth study of the matter in question and also a quantitative analysis by means of surveying people who have visited the Serra de Tramuntana. Based on these findings, we have proposed a method to publicize the Serra de la Tramuntana technologically. This plan of action, principally through the use of Smartphones, will allow us to offer the visitor to the Serra de Tramuntana the necessary tools to understand, value and appreciate the area and help spread information about its considerable assets.
