[cat] Es presenta l’actualització del primer programa de cures pal·liatives de les Illes Balears. Aquest nou programa 2019-2023 es planteja per donar resposta a les necessitats de la població, tant adulta com pediàtrica, amb necessitats d’atenció pal·liativa basada en la nova identificació de les persones tributaries d’aquesta atenció. A més es presenta la situació actual dels recursos disponibles a la nostra comunitat. Són 6 objectius i 33 accions proposades per millorar aquesta atenció ; [eng] It presents the update of the first palliative care program of the Balearic Islands. This new program 2019-2023 wants to answer the needs of the populace - adults and paediatrics - with palliative attention requirements. It is based on the new identification of the people who need this attention. In addition it presents the ongoing situation of the available palliative care resources of our community. There are 6 aims and 33 actions proposed to improve this attention. |
