Es quantifiquen els recursos hospitalaris (del treball i materials) i el valor de la seva producció, a partir de l’agregació de 29 indicadors corresponents a les àrees de salut, pel període 1997-2007 i per comunitats autònomes. El valor de la producció es concep com el volum d’activitat hospitalària ponderada per la seva qualitat. Els resultats obtinguts mostren com pel període 1997-2007, les Illes Balears va ser la regió amb un augment més intens del valor de la producció hospitalària i l’any 2007 s’ha situat un 6% per damunt de la mitjana estatal en termes per càpita. La productivitat, calculada a partir de comparar la producció amb el factor treball i el factor de recursos materials, a les Illes Balears ha estat inferior que la mitjana estatal ; The hospital resources, in terms of work and material, as well as their production value are quantified among the health areas of autonomous communities by adding 29 indicators. For the period: 1997-2007. The production value is conceived as the volume of hospital activity weighted by its quality. The results obtained show that for the period 1997-2007, the Balearic Islands was the region with the highest increase of the hospital production value. Moreover, in 2007, the Balearic Islands reached a 6% of hospital production value over the Spanish average in terms per capita. Productivity is calculated from the comparison between the production, the working and the material resources factor. This has been lower than the spanish average in the Balearic Islands. |
