[spa] Documentos de la pesquisa efectuada en 1429-1430 sobre el estado de la Hacienda Real castellana donde se muestra la importancia de los derechos de arancel que cobraban los altos oficiales del fisco real: Canciller, Mayordomo, Contadores Mayores y Notarios Mayores (“Derechos de oficiales”). Por otra parte, se pone de manifiesto la escasa importancia que tenían ya los antiguos pechos y derechos ciertos o aforados anteriores a la “revolución fiscal” iniciada por Alfonso X desde 1265 y desarrollada en el siglo XIV, entre Alfonso XI y Enrique III. ; [eng] Documents relating to investigations carried out between 1429-1430 on the situation of the Castilian Royal Treasury, which reflect the importance of the excise duties (or “official dues”) charged by high officials from the Royal Treasury Office: the Chancellor, Administrator, Inspectors of Accounts and Senior Scribes. At the same time, it reveals the very reduced importance then held by the former feudal property tax, the pecho, and by the old revenues or privileges previous to the “fiscal revolution” started by Alfonso X in 1265 and continued during the 14th century by Alfonso XI and Enrique III. |
