[cat] Amb el cop d'estat de juliol de 1936, la indústria mallorquina va ser intervinguda per l'exèrcit nacional. El cas de Mallorca, especialment d'Inca, és rellevant per investigar un aspecte poc estudiat de la guerra, sobretot a la zona rebel. Aquesta comunicació vol aprofundir en com la guerra civil va afectar la indústria i els treballadors mallorquins, i forma part d'una tesi doctoral més àmplia sobre l'economia de la guerra a les Balears. Es plantegen preguntes sobre les condicions laborals, el rol de les dones i l'augment de la mà d’obra femenina. També s’analitzarà la figura de l’obrer militaritzat. ; [eng] With the coup d'état of July 1936, Mallorcan industry was taken over by the national army. The case of Mallorca, especially Inca, is relevant for investigating a little-studied aspect of the war, particularly in the rebel zone. This paper aims to deepen the understanding of how the Civil War affected Mallorcan industry and workers, and is part of a broader doctoral thesis on the economy of the war in the Balearic Islands. Questions are raised about labor conditions, the role of women, and the increase in female workforce. The figure of the militarized worker will also be analyzed. |
