[CAT] El territori de Binissalem ha experimentat importants transformacions al llarg dels darrers seixanta-cinc anys: increment d’usos i cobertes urbanes, proliferació d’edificacions residencials en sòl rústic i augment de la superfície forestal als relleus situats al nord del municipi. Aquests canvis han estat el resultat de la posició del municipi dins l’illa de Mallorca, la inèrcia històrica i el context socioeconòmic internacional. Per a caracteritzar i quantificar aquestes transformacions, en el present treball es realitza una anàlisi diacrònica de les cobertes i usos del sòl, a partir de les ortofotografies aèries de 1956 i 2021. ; [ENG] The territory of Binissalem has undergone important transformations over the last 65 years: increase in urban covers, proliferation of residential buildings on rural land and increase of the forest area in the reliefs located in the north of the municipality. These changes have been the result of the position of the municipality within the island of Mallorca, the historical inertia and the international socio- economic context. To characterize and quantify these transformations, this work carries out a diachronic analysis of land cover, based on aerial orthophotos from 1956 and 2021. |
