Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to review and analyse the importance of the lecturer’s identity in the light of the changes proposed in Higher Education since the European Area of Higher Education was created, taking into consideration the context of teacher training. Emphasis is placed on commitment to teaching as well as on the definition of the lecturer’s profile encouraged by the changes proposed in both the learning and teaching process in Higher Education. ; El present article pretén revisar i analitzar la importància de la identitat del docent universitari a la llum dels canvis que es proposen al context del ja creat espai europeu d’educació superior, des de l’òptica de la formació de mestres. Es posa l’accent en la necessitat de comprometre’s amb la docència així com de definir el perfil docent al qual conviden els canvis proposats en el procés d’ensenyament i d’aprenentatge a la Universitat. |
