[eng] Initial results of catching hour and reproductive state in Storm Petrel Hydrobates pelagicus. European storm petrel capture data with and without a tape lure are presented. Birds caught without a tape lure present two high peeks during the night, that are attributed to breeders arriving or leaving the colony. The time of capture without a tape lure can be used as indication of the reproductive state. |
