[eng] New site of reproduction of the Storm Petrel (Hydrobates pelagicus) in ¡riza. A neW site where the Storm Petrel (Hvrobates pelagicus) breeds has been known; it's the Lladó Gros islet at Sta. Eulària (Iviza). It was found a cavity with the typical olive smell and inside it. it was heard the chick's peeping. It is an other evidence of the capacity of this bird to nidify in very small islets, of 0'1 Ha short. |
