[eng] New breeding colony of cattle egret Bubulcus ibis in the Balearic Islands. This note confirms the first breeding record of cattle egret Bubulcus ibis at the Binissalem water treatment plant in Mallorca. It constitutes the second breeding colony for Mallorca and is closely linked to the notable increase in wintering individuals since 2005. |
