[eng] Details of the first breeding of the Hobby Falco subbuteo in Menorca. The Hobby is considered a scarce migrant in Menorca, and no prior breeding records exist. The observation of a pair of Hobbies in 2003 led to confirmation of breeding in a zone of cultivations in the south of the isle, in an old raven's nest from which one young was fledged. |
